Step 3: Submit the Application
Send the form duly filled together with the documents to the Assistant Labour Commissioner.
Step 4: Collect the Acknowledgement
Request a receipt or confirmation on receipt. In case of any special reference number, make sure that the receipt has the date of submission, the time and the unique reference number.
